10% off from GoDaddy
Got another spam promotional email from GoDaddy today, and they are offering 10% off for every order with the following promotion code. This offer expires February 28, 2006.

Be sure to use that code in your cart to get special discount. I believe it is not exclusive to domains, but also hosting and other things that GoDaddy tries to sign you up with during the check out process. That makes a new registration of an .com domain USD$8.28 (ICANN fees included).
However, I think I have figured out probably the cheapest way to register a domain through GoDaddy.
- Go to their Online File Folder product page, and select their “Economy Edition” with 50Mb of storage for $4.95 per year.
- Click on the big red button “Add to Cart“.
- Scroll all the way down through the ads — you don’t need any of them. You are just interested in the domain, right? Click on “Continue” at the bottom of the page.
- Now you are at the secure checkout. Add the domain you wish to register into your order. Now it would cost you only USD$2.24 to register that domain.
- Put the 10% off promotion code above and click on “Apply Code“.
- Now you have a domain, with 50Mb of on-line storage as bonus, for USD$6.69!
At the same time, you can always get USD$2.99 domain from Yahoo Small Business (if you are a new customer). They have just extend the deal to 8 March, and possibly indefinitely.

Hey, thats a fantastic tip. And I thought the $2 off AMAZON-2 code is unbeatable. Now I can get it under $7 and with 50MB online storage space. Have you tried with multiple domains?
The AMAZON-2 promotion code is great though — is there an expiration date on it? Because in order to get $6.69 for the first year using the method above, you also need to rely on the 10% promotion code which ends this month.
Btw, nice blog you have :)
Thx :)
I am not aware of any expiration date as I have been using it for the past 3 months. I suppose they may pull it off at their own discretion. Still, great for those who register several domains at one shot.
